Default Bonus question in Quest

So there are these +Bonus+ missions with in Quest huh?

1. Is there any way to tell if there will be one? I see people spaming "Lft to mission w/ Bonus" like they know before that the Quest will have one.

2. Also I was doing my Defend the Wall mission(for the zillionth time btw GD that damn mission is driving me nuts, last attempt, I died right at the gate mear yards from finishing....) so the mission had the ghost of a fallen knight IIRC, adn I am suppose to gather 4 pieces of his armor...well for the life of me I can only find 3...any help here, is this buged, or am I just a 'tard...

Thanks for the help!

Every one of the "missions" have a bonus in them
cant remember where they all are, I know one of them is a little bit past the guy you have to give it to, and one is to the right of the tar pit, cant remember the other 2 off the top of my head.

hint: when you are told to run to the end do just that - RUN, do not stop to fight, and if you are using henchmen use them as canon fodder to stall the charr behind you, it doesnt matter if everyone in the group dies as long as ONE persone makes it to the end.

Just to clarify!
ALL missions have a bonus. There are 25 missions.
Defend the wall is the first mission. The 4 armor pieces are in wreckages. Since you didn't say which one your missing, I'll guess that its the one just beofe the final boss monster. It's on a rise to you left. If not just use the ALT key and look for wreckage. After the cut scene RUN! Really, thats the only way to make it back! Do not stop to kill the devourers!

Ah, ok so they all have a bonus, got confused when people were spaming for missions w/ bonus...thanks.

As for the race to the gate, it was only my second time of actually getting to that point in the mission, either I died(a lot), or disconnet ect.. and never made it that far, but on my second attempt I did run my but off, and say screw you guys Im going home to my lackys...but I saw some wreckage on my way out. Being the greed monger I am I had to divert course and check it out...

Needless to say to big nasty's were waiting for me when I got back on course...

Talking Sacrificial Lamb

Often a sacificial lamb can come in handy!

Designate a team member to stay and distract the Charr.

(I've always wanted to redo this quest when I am at a higher level. I want to try and kill all the Charr! )

No clue which I am missing, though I still have the 3 pieces in my inventory ao I could check, and I did get the one on the rise before the boss man...its driving me nuts!!

Im at the point now that I want to help that poor Knight more than I want to defend the wall, which didn't do so well being defend last time we needed it hold up..

And the Alt thing, yes found that out yesterday...fantastic piece of info...

as a little side note, just for fun I went back with my lv 20 elementalist let all the charr surround me and BOOM, that felt very good lol, the only thing is you need to loot quick or you lose all the stuff (unless you are fast enough to blow them up and finish the quest to get the items after the cut scene, since it is timed)

It is hard to explain where all the wreakage stashes are but the one in that mission that seems to get missed is the one down by the tar pit, if you are comming down the hill to the tar pit take a right and there is a small area off to the side that has a wreakage pile check there. If that's not it then look for me tonight in-game and I'll come over and help you get it.

Kron of Amn is my character name

I think I remember hearing that if you run all the way back, but don't go through the portal, the timer stops, and you could actually take them all on back there, with time to loot them.

Ones in the tar pit. Ones on the left side up the hill to the tar pit. Theres a bunch of devourers there. Ones guarded by the boss devourer. When you find the ghost, turn around and go back, if you continue on the path to the finish, theres a ledge with a wreckage thats guarded by devourers.

You can tell which quest you've completed by the swords going through the shields on the map.

A sword going from upper-left to lower-right is the primary quest.
A sword going from upper-right to lower-left is the bonus quest.

Just a small tidbit of info.
